Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and collected by our courier, you will receive a notification with tracking details where available.

We currently use The Courier Guy as our trusted delivery partner to ensure reliable and secure delivery across South Africa.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Main centres: 1–3 business days
• Outlying or regional areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and order details. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where applicable. You can use this information to follow your delivery through The Courier Guy’s tracking system.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. ImmuVita 26inONE cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a delivery needs to be reattempted due to incorrect details, additional courier fees may apply.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing upon delivery, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address details, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

International Shipping

At this time, ImmuVita 26inONE ships within South Africa only. International shipping is not currently available.
